When Sarah joins a second program, it opens the same record. Nothing is re-entered, and the new team sees the history the first one built.
Only advisors and program managers can deliberately recommend something to a founder, through Activities. Nova recommends algorithmically, inside the founder’s own flow. The two stay separate, and nothing is advertised to anyone.
